Kenneth H. Chang

Kenneth H. Chang has been practicing law since 1995. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Chang has worked as an accountant and has the professional designation as a certified public accountant. Mr. Chang incorporates his accounting analytical skill into the legal practice and has assisted many small to medium size companies in a variety of legal issues. Mr. Chang earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Management Information System at the University of Washington and his Juris Doctor from the Seattle University School of Law.
Mr. Chang is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and has served on various service organizations in the area. Mr. Chang has been honored by the King County Bar Association for his volunteer services to new immigrants.

About Warren
Warren M.L. Chinn is the principal of the Chinn Law Offices, PLLC. He is an experienced litigator with years of work in the legal profession. He takes on a wide variety of legal issues with a focus on traffic infractions, civil litigation and real estate law.
Mr. Chinn earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. He then attended the Seattle University School of Law, where he graduated with his J.D. in 2002.
A native of Hawaii, Mr. Chinn moved to Seattle for law school and stayed here to pursue his career. Mr. Chinn’s traffic infraction practice includes speeding tickets, red light tickets and all other traffic tickets. He takes great pride in his success rate of keeping his clients’ records clean. In addition, his extensive trial work includes litigation in local courts and the Washington State Court of Appeals. Additionally, his work in real estate law involves all aspects of commercial and residential transactions.
Mr. Chinn has an understanding of law from the point of view of a lawmaker as well as an attorney. He gained insight into how laws are proposed and constructed during internships with the chairman of the Honolulu City Council and the chairman of the House Education Committee for the Hawaii State Legislature.
Warren has performed volunteer work for the YMCA. He resides in Bellevue with his wife and young son.
